I craved a home-cooked meal, or at least something that looked like one. But there was no way I could drive 5 hours whenever for my mom’s cooking!

Lieber Freund, liebe Freundin,

mein Name ist Karine, ich bin die Koautorin von Metabolic-Kochen und man nennt mich auch die „Königin der schlanken Küche“.

Wenn Sie dies lesen, dann bedeutet das: Sie sind auf einer Mission mit dem Ziel, den Fettverlust zu beschleunigen und Ihre langweilige Diät loszuwerden.

Sie haben schon alles Mögliche versucht. Sie haben verschiedene Diäten ausprobiert, aber Sie haben nie wirklich großartige Ergebnisse gesehen, auch wenn Sie sich noch so sehr bemüht haben.


Außerdem sind Sie sehr beschäftigt und haben keine Zeit, um jeden Tag Stunden in der Küche zu verbringen und Ihre Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten.

Wie Sie wahrscheinlich bemerkt haben, sind Essen, Fitness und kulinarische Abenteuer meine große Leidenschaft. Stimmt, ich bin so etwas wie die Lara Croft der Fettverbrennerküche! Ich bin eine richtige Küchenglamour-Rebellin.
Ich stelle gern die herkömmlichen Techniken in Frage, mit denen die meisten Köche arbeiten, und suche nach gesünderen Alternativen.

Warum?

Weil die Wahrheit ist, dass ich gar keine Köchin bin – nur eine ganz normale Frau, die beschlossen hat, zu lernen, wie man wirklich gut kochen und gleichzeitig schlank bleiben kann!

Ich finde es faszinierend, die „professionellen“ Methoden mit Tricks infrage zu stellen, die ich mir selbst beigebracht habe, und Rezepte zu entwickeln, die genauso gut schmecken wie das, was diese Köche kreieren können – wenn nicht sogar besser

Sie kennen wahrscheinlich schon die Person, mit der ich mein Leben teile: Dave Ruel.

Dave ist einer der am meisten respektierten und renommiertesten Fitnessköche.

Nun, ich besitze auch einen Master-Abschluss in Psychologie. Ich habe Gelegenheit gehabt, viele Menschen zu treffen, die Gewichtsprobleme haben und darum kämpfen, ihr Körperfett zu verlieren.

Das hat mir all die psychologischen Kämpfe bewusst gemacht, mit denen Menschen es zu tun haben, wenn es um ihre Essgewohnheiten und Diäten geht. Deshalb weiß ich, wie wichtig gute Ernährung ist, die toll schmeckt, die besten fettverbrennenden Lebensmittel verwendet und Menschen motivieren kann, ihre Diät durchzuhalten, indem sie ihre allgemein so verbreiteten psychologischen Ansichten hinterfragt

Deshalb kam ich eines Tages aus dem Büro nach Hause und sagte zu Dave, dass ich hier etwas unternehmen wollte. Ich wollte neue Rezepte kreieren, mit denen sich Fett in Rekordzeit verbrennen lässt.

Dave ist einfach unschlagbar, wenn es darum geht, kreative Rezepte zu erfinden, und ich weiß, was Menschen wollen, brauchen und von Ernährung und Kochen erwarten.
